Pale amber sunlight falls across
The reddening October trees....
Are we not better and at home
In dreamful Autumn, we who deem
No harvest joy is worth a dream?
A little while and night shall come,
A little while, then, let us dream...

Hooray!!! Feeling good this morning. Checked my BP and it was 135/79. Yesterday afternoon it was 121/74. Thinking I will go out today. I won't be doing anything strenuous, just going to WW. I hate to miss it. But, I am not going to fool myself like I did the last time. Thought everything was taken care of, and the next thing I knew, my pressure was sky high and my heart racing. Test results should be back today or tomorrow. Can't wait to find out what is causing these flare ups. Even though I am testing normal now, I still live in fear.
Yesterday I found a website where I could ask the fairies a question. This was your own secret question, no one else knew. So, I asked about my health, and the response I got was, "There is light at the end of the tunnel." That is something I needed to hear.

I am so excited. October is here. Before we know it, the leaves will turn and start to fall. Still have plenty of Autumn decorating to do. And I have fallen behind with my fall clothing. Still have so many to get out. I usually unpack, rinse, and hang on the line for that fresh Autumn smell, but now that I don't have a clothesline, it's pretty slow going. Only two items a day, hung over the metal window guards. But, they smell oh so good when I bring them in.
I want to take this time to thank you all for being there and supporting me through this trying time in my life. It means a lot to know that there are people out there who care. Thanks again.
And with that, I've got to run and jump in the shower so I can be out of here in time to make my meeting. Have a good one.
No running or jumping! Doctor's orders. ;0)
ReplyDelete1.6 was exactly what I lost my 2nd week. Now if next week you tell me that you lost 2.4, I am going to fall over. LOL
(((hugs)))
Enjoy what I hope is a beautiful autumn day there in New York! It is chilly but sunny here today.
