Kindness
People in the neighborhood are always doing something special for us seniors at the center. A lady came in with a shopping bag full of little crocheted animals for us. I chose this turtle. I thought he was so cute. In a world where we are always at each other's throats, these are the little acts of kindness that brighten your day.

ReplyDeleteI crochet, and I've never heard of Random Acts of Crochet Kindness. However, this is such a wonderful act of kindness (plus a great way to use up odds and ends of yarn). I love that little animal - to me, it looked like a snail but no matter, turtle or snail, it's wonderful. P.S. I've applied to join the Facebook group mentioned on the sticky note.
